六 | 产业从产品出海升级为技术平台与研发体系的对外输出，整体国际竞争力稳步增强。”　　国家医保局近日发布《全民医疗保障“十五五”规划》，明确支持创新药纳入医保、推动商保创新药目录，释放强烈利好信号。

七 | 　　中国医药创新促进会首席专家宋瑞霖说：“中国的创新药现在正处在一个历史性的崛起阶段，我们经历了从‘跟跑’到‘并跑’，现在我们正处于部分领域‘领跑’的阶段。大部分的跨国制药企业在未来的5年到10年都有一大批专利要到期，所以中国的创新药研究现在成为全球跨国制药企业争抢的目标。
